Support Manager – Management Position - Member of the Leadership Team - Salary £21k- 24k depending on experience – Winchester 

Emmaus Hampshire is a vibrant and thriving social enterprise community for the homeless. We provide a home and meaningful employment through retail, catering, distribution and facility management services along with personal development for all individuals, which can help maximise their potential and secure their entry back into society. 

We are looking for a “Leader of People” individual who has a passion for the charity sector and would like to give something back to the community whilst earning an income. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working across all levels of the organisation with a confident and professional outlook.

The Support Manager role is for someone who will be jointly responsible for the overall management of the community accommodation services along with the welfare and development of its people.  

The right person for the post will need to be an experienced generalist who can utilise their wide range of transferable skills, whilst juggling an ever ending set of priorities in this dynamic organisation with competing demands. Ideally we are seeking someone who has experience in the social care sector but this is not a pre- requisite. This role will report directly to the Senior Support Manager with a dotted line to the CEO for specific responsibilities. You will join at an exciting time and we will need you to help us shape and implement our strategic plan to secure our future.

Support Manager – Supervisory Position Salary £16k - 18k depending on experience – Winchester

The Support Worker role is for someone who will be able to support and act under the supervision and direction of the Senior Support Manager for the overall delivery of the community accommodation services, along with the welfare and development of its people.
